Dr Francesca Panzironi (PhD) is a degree-qualified naturopath and herbalist working with families to support and enhance their health and wellbeing. Francesca provides care for children and adults to restore their optimal physiological functioning. She adopts a scientific evidence-based approach to the administration of herbal medicine for acute and chronic conditions to sustain physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Francesca was born in Rome and spent her childhood and adolescence with her family. She grew up surrounded by the ancient ruins of the Roman empire, Medieval castles, Renascence’s sculptures, palaces and churches. As a teenager she moved with her family to the outskirt of Rome, in the Roman hilly winery countryside. Immersed in her mum’s flower and herbs garden, Francesca realised only later in her adult life to have grown up with an innate first-hand experience of what are considered today cornerstone foundations of wellbeing, health and preventive care. These include the Mediterranean diet, the use of food and herbs as medicine, the convivial mealtime with family and friends, spending time in nature.
